▶ 포르투갈 미성년자 여행안내


부/모 미동행 미성년자 포르투갈 여행 시 공증된 영문 부모동의서가 필요합니다.


추가 준비서류는 아래와 같습니다.

• 양부모, 사별 가정: 영문 가족관계증명서 

• 한부모 가정: 기본증명서(상세) 영문 번역공증




▷ 포르투갈 미성년자의 입국 및 출국 서류


미성년자가 부모와 동행하지 않는 경우, 국적을 불문하고 부모동의서를 소지해야 합니다. 

미성년자가 부모 중 한 명과 동행할 경우에는 부모동의서는 필요하지 않습니다.


부모동의서에는 친권자가 서명해야 하며 서명 날짜가 기재되어 있어야 합니다. 

부모 외 제3자와 여행시 부모동의서를 통해 미성년자와 동행할 권리가 부여된 동반 보호자를 확인할 수 있습니다..


미성년자가 부모동의서가 없을 경우 포르투갈 당국은 미성년자의 입국 또는 출국을 거부할 수 있습니다.

- 부모동의서는 반드시 공증을 받아야 합니다.


부모동의서의 유효기간은 서명날짜로 부터 6개월 입니다.

Entry and exit of minors in Portugal


When not accompanied by whoever has parental responsibility for them, national or foreign minors must have written authorisation which allows them to enter or leave national territory. If the minor is travelling with one of their parents, for example, they need not have the authorisation with them.


Such written authorisation must be signed by the person who has parental responsibility and must bear the date of signature. The authorisation may identify other persons who have been given the right to accompany the minor.


If the minor does not have the respective authorisation with them, the Portuguese authorities may refuse to allow them to enter or leave.


Documents required for minors to leave Portugal


The authorisation document must be legally certified

In Portugal the authorisation document may be certified by notaries, chambers of commerce and industry, record-keepers, solicitors or lawyers.

Abroad, the authorisation document may be certified in Portuguese embassies or consulates.

The authorisation document has a period of validity

The authorisation document may be used as often as required within the time limit mentioned in the document, which may not exceed a period of one calendar year.


If no time limit is referred to, the document is valid for six months from the date of signature.

 



▷ EU 쉥겐조약: 가입국간 국경 이동에 대한 공동협약


포르투갈이 가입한 쉥겐조약은 EU 회원국간 무비자 통행을 규정한 조약으로 가입국간 같은 출입국 규정을 공유합니다.

쉥겐조약은 미성년자의 출입국에 대해 "가입국의 국경관리국은 부모1인 동행 시 상대 배우자의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지를 심층 심사하고, 부모 모두가 미동행한 경우 부모의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지 철저히 확인해야 한다”고 규정하고 있습니다.


가입국가의 출입국은:

6.1조. 부모동행 여부와 관계없이 미성년자에 대해 각별한 주의와 심사를 해야함.

6.2조. 부모동행 시 보호자가 친권 또는 적법한 보호자 자격을 갖추고 있는지 심사하고, 부모 1인 동행 시 상대 배우자의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지 심층 검사를 해야함.

6.3조. 부모 모두가 미동행한 경우 부모의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지를 철저히 확인해야함.

Minors

6.1. Border guards shall pay particular attention to minors, whether travelling accompanied or unaccompanied. Minors crossing an external border shall be subject to the same checks on entry and exit as adults, as provided for in this Regulation.

6.2. In the case of accompanied minors, the border guard shall check that the persons accompanying minors have parental care over them, especially where minors are accompanied by only one adult and there are serious grounds for suspecting that they may have been unlawfully removed from the custody of the person(s) legally exercising parental care over them. In the latter case, the border guard shall carry out a further investigation in order to detect any inconsistencies or contradictions in the information given.

6.3. In the case of minors travelling unaccompanied, border guards shall ensure, by means of thorough checks on travel documents and supporting documents, that the minors do not leave the territory against the wishes of the person(s) having parental care over them.
