▷ 미성년자 스웨덴 방문 시 필요서류
- 가족관계나 친권을 증명하는 서류 (양부모, 사별가정: 가족관계증명서, 한부모가정: 기본증명서)
- 공증 또는 영사확인을 받은 부모동의서. 단독여행이나 부모1인 동행하는 경우 필요.
- 한부모가정에서 친권자가 동행하는 경우에는 필요하지 않습니다. 친권자 증빙 필요.

Minors
If a minor applies for a visa to visit Sweden, the basic requirements, supporting documents and the documents listed below are needed.
In order to apply for any kind of visa, you should submit the documents required by all visa applicants, the Basic Requirements must be fulfilled and the Supporting documents should be submitted too.

You should also submit the following additional documents for minors:
Original of documents proving the legal guardianship/custodianship
Original of concent by custodian/parents not travelling with the child should be submitted in person at the Embassy or be notarized. The consent of the parental authority or legal guardian is required only if the minor travels alone or only with one parent. Consent is not required if the single parent with whom the minor is to travel holds the parental authority alone.
Minors travelling without parents/legal guardian have to be accompanied to the Embassy by a legal guardian/parent.
The parents/custodians have to sign a consent for the child to travel without them during the visit at the Embassy. The consent should mention the duration and time period for the intended stay in Sweden
▷ 미성년 여행시 적용되는 스웨덴 규정
스웨덴에 입국하거나 출국할 때 다음 사항이 적용됩니다.
솅겐 지역 이외의 국가로 여행하는 경우 어린이를 포함한 모든 여행자는 유효한 여행 서류를 제시해야 합니다. 또한 스웨덴을 떠날 때 스웨덴을 떠나는 스웨덴 시민의 경우에도 유효한 여행 서류에 대한 통제가 수행됩니다.
스웨덴 경찰은 부모동의서 양식을 제공하지는 않으나 미성년자가 부모와 동행하지 않는 경우 부모동의서 준비를 권고합니다.
부모동의서 상 부모의 성명과 연락처는 출입국에서 부모동의 사실을 확인하는데 필수적입니다.

The following applies to travelling with children
The rules concerning what is required for children travelling without a parent/guardian, or with only one parent/guardian, may vary from country to country. The following applies when entering or leaving Sweden.
When travelling to and from countries outside the Schengen area it is a requirement that all travellers, including children, must present a valid travel document. Also when leaving Sweden will a control of valid travel documents be performed, even for Swedish citizens leaving Sweden.Swedish Police does not provide any travel forms for legal guardians, but a letter from the guardian is recommended if children travel without all legal guardians present. Name and contact info is crucial so border control can verify the information.
▷ EU 쉥겐조약: 가입국간 국경 이동에 대한 공동협약
스웨덴이 가입한 쉥겐조약은 EU 회원국간 무비자 통행을 규정한 조약으로 가입국간 같은 출입국 규정을 공유합니다.
쉥겐조약은 미성년자의 출입국에 대해 "가입국의 국경관리국은 부모1인 동행 시 상대 배우자의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지를 심층 심사하고, 부모 모두가 미동행한 경우 부모의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지 철저히 확인해야 한다”고 규정하고 있습니다.
가입국가의 출입국은:
6.1조. 부모동행 여부와 관계없이 미성년자에 대해 각별한 주의와 심사를 해야함.
6.2조. 부모동행 시 보호자가 친권 또는 적법한 보호자 자격을 갖추고 있는지 심사하고, 부모 1인 동행 시 상대 배우자의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지 심층 검사를 해야함.
6.3조. 부모 모두가 미동행한 경우 부모의 적법한 동의를 얻었는지를 철저히 확인해야함.

Minors
6.1. Border guards shall pay particular attention to minors, whether travelling accompanied or unaccompanied. Minors crossing an external border shall be subject to the same checks on entry and exit as adults, as provided for in this Regulation.
6.2. In the case of accompanied minors, the border guard shall check that the persons accompanying minors have parental care over them, especially where minors are accompanied by only one adult and there are serious grounds for suspecting that they may have been unlawfully removed from the custody of the person(s) legally exercising parental care over them. In the latter case, the border guard shall carry out a further investigation in order to detect any inconsistencies or contradictions in the information given.
6.3. In the case of minors travelling unaccompanied, border guards shall ensure, by means of thorough checks on travel documents and supporting documents, that the minors do not leave the territory against the wishes of the person(s) having parental care over them.
